The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. 2. The ROOM, BREAKFAST and THE VIEW: The room looks exactly like the photos. The amenities are good with a comfortable bed, and everything is impeccably arranged and cleaned every day. From my balcony, the view overlooking the caldera is so breathtaking and relaxing, and WOW the sunset there is magic! from the comfort of my room away from the crowds.
