"The main reason i booked this place rather than a few other options i had was for the hotub and when i arrived it had caution tape around it. After a long day of hiking i was looking forward to the hot water. I wish i would have known in advance. Other than that the stay was great. Smelled really good , clean , good breakfast ,staff."

"My stay at TownPlace Hotel was very comfortable. If you are in the area for awhile this hotel is better than an Airbnb. My family and I stayed for an entire week and it was a perfect fit for us. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials that you need, just purchase food to prepare (Walmart is walking distance). When you bring any matter to their attention, they do their best to make you comfortable. They went out of their way to add new options for breakfast. If you do not have transportation, the Metro line is in walking distance. We used the metro line into downtown St. Louis many times. Something to consider is that parking is not free in the city, so using the train or bus would be convenient. I will be looking out for TownePlace Hotels wherever I travel. I highly recommend."
"We had a flat tire on our way so our check in was going to be 3 am. They were very accommodating. The front desk guy seemed to have a bit of an attitude but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and understanding. Very clean and quiet. We had a pet room and there was definitely an odd smell tlbut thats expecting with pets. My dog loved the hunt. The sheets smelled fresh and everything was comfortable. "
