"Restaurant was good but wait was very long after ordering. We waited almost an hour for dinner one night in the restaurant and cancelled a breakfast room service order after a one hour wait. "

"I stayed here for just one night and found it to be exactly what I needed—clean, affordable, and well-located. While the accommodations are simple and not fancy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent for the area. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest for the night, this is a solid option."

"Comfortable room on the second floor, up some steep steps from the street. No lobby, but the host runs the cafe and seems to be there all day. Very convenient location for exploring Cold Spring and local hiking trails."

"My husband, our dog and I just spent the night here in between traveling from one place to the next. It was great to have a place that so easily allowed us to bring our dog. The young woman at the front desk when we checked in (I believe her name was Faith) was absolutely lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable aside from a slight musty smell- otherwise no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again."

"The B&B is set on a lovely property. The room was spacious and quaint. Sitting areas on the front porch, a parlor room or out back. The Innkeeper & her husband greeted us and showed us around. We ate breakfast outside. There was a cold buffet & made to order hot items of your choice."
