"Room was extremely tired and in need of a serious refresh. Carpet was absolutely filthy and should be replaced asap. Every morning we were woken up at 5:30 am by the golf course workers running their equipment (leaf blowers) which in most communities would not be allowed. Room was a good size and the location was good. "
