"The hotel is basic, the beds are terribly uncomfortable there was water stains on the ceiling carpet felt dirty. The breakfast is basic and in the 5 days we were there never changed up any thing same thing every day. If you need a cheap basic hotel just to sleep go for it. "

"I like the hotel, and the size and comfort of the room was very good. I had a problem with the fact they called them self an extended stay hotel but were unable to provide me with basic utensils (cups, glasses, coffee pot, ect.) for a long stay at a hotel. This is a good hotel to stay at but not for an extended period of time."

The hotel lot was full when we arrived and then I had trouble finding somewhere to park overnight. I ended up parking in the garage across the street after driving around for 20 minutes in Steeler traffic. I find it ridiculous that they do not validate parking and make hotel guests pay for parking separately. Especially when the rooms are already $250+ per night. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree. It was a convenient 5 minute walk to PPG arena. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient as well. The staff were all very professional and helpful. We look forward to staying again in the future."
"The motel was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable and we felt safe. But it’s a shame “some”people in this area don’t respect their own neighborhood. We saw trash just thrown down on the sidewalk not far from trash cans. We saw what appeared to be a few homeless people suffering in 90 degree heat. It would be nice for local people to help find shelter for this people down on their luck, perhaps mentally ill."
"Does the basics extremely well. Beds are v comfortable. Kitchen area has everything you need. Especially appreciate provision of a small amount of dish-washing liquid and a scrubbie on the sink. Staff are helpful. Laundry is free to use.. but during my stay 4 machines were out of order, so that could improve. This is my 2nd stay. I will use them again."
