"I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t get a better rating. It was clean, comfortable, easily located. The desk lady was very nice. The pool looked great and breakfast was delish. I like that they use full bottles for shampoo, conditioner and lotion, eco friendly. The double queen room was really spacious. I’d stay here, again, in a minute. "

"Ali checked us in and we arrived late at night and tired. He was friendly and polite. Our room key initially didn’t work so when I went downstairs to replace it he offered to come upstairs to ensure it worked. He didn’t have to do that so I consider his service above and beyond. Great job young man! The one thing I’ll say needs improvement is the fitness room. Please add some wipes and water for sanitary purposes. It appeared clean but I needed something to wipe down the equipment after I used it."

"I already wrote them a 5 star review on yelp but this was hands down the best chain hotel experience we have had. It started as soon as we checked in. Every single employee that we encountered at this hotel was genuinely kind and went out of their way to greet us or start a conversation with us. I’d like to say that this is the standard at hotels, but it is definitely not. The friendliness was exceptional. I am talking everyone from front desk staff to Housekeeping in the hallway was genuinely nice and warmly greeted us every time we passed. The room was pristine, the pool and gym was great and we used both. They even have a cafe with a limited menu - had the burger with an arugala salad and it was very good! The landscaping around the hotel was also impeccable. I’m taking my time to write this review because I was surprised to see so many negative reviews on this property. As someone who has been in hospitality myself, I know firsthand that difficult people are those with negative experiences are the loudest. Just know that this is a stand out property: Top notch hospitality and whoever is managing it should be very proud. We will be back! "

"As with most stays you get what you pay for and this was no exception. The beds were the best I had my whole two week vacation. There was plenty of hot water and the room was properly clean. What tickled my partner the most was the well thought out furnishings. Every time we went to look for something from coffee maker to charging outlets for our devices they were there right in the most logical and useful spot. What got us most was the alarm clock that doubled as a magnetic charger on top. We will definitely be back. "

The hotel was located just off the highway so you don't have to drive through congested city streets to get to it. It is also near a shopping mall and a number of restrauants."

"It is always a pleasure to stay whenever I book a room. I actually went to go DMZ it outside for the first time underneath gazebo outside which was relaxing and l find my stay to always be comfortable. One thing l only had trouble with was turning on shower head when l couldn’t find the switch for it but after 30-45 minutes later l figured it out. "
