"The rooms walls and floors caked with previous spills,filthy bedding blood stained sheets upon entry, i confronted them and it was basically an o we'll, frequently in dispute with front desk, this is a homeless shelter not a hotel. They have been housing the homeless since the beginning of pandemic and the tenants stays were for 80 days in all the 80 days the rooms weren't serviced properly. Manager very disrespectful to me and my girlfriend because we were dissatisfied with there services....

We appreciated their gardening practices - organic, room for animals to roam, etc., and the gardens were in full bloom with what looked like 1000's of daffodils. "After walking around the quaint town of Wilmington, we couldn't decide where to go for dinner. We went to the bar to taste test the beer and ended up ordering a pizza. The bartender gave us ice to take upstairs. The building is an older building and has many eccentricities. We loved staying here and will stay again if in the neighborhood."
