There are cute boutiques and arts shops that we recommend to visit. Auto racing at River City Speedway was a fun experience that was also economical.

Great little town with a lot to see and offer during Halloweentown season. This motel needs better management/ communication. If you have a family, prepare for not having enough space. Communication goes a long way.
"We enjoyed our stay at the Portlander inn, although we think the property could use some updates such as adding a vent in the room bathrooms, and also offering a face wash as one of the complimentary items in the bathroom. We loved the connivence of the two onsite restaurants and the gas pumps that were outside the property to easily gas up the rental car before returning it to the airport."
"This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 10-day trip to Oregon. The beds were comfortable. The staff was night and the breakfast was great. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful trip
"

"Good spot for a few night stay. Better than average Extended Stay Property in a quiet industrial-ish area about 12-15 minute drive from the airport and few minutes walk from light rail. Good food truck park right at the front of the property."
"I loved it as always. The breakfast is the bomb. Pool & hot tub very nicely maintaned. Surprisingly the location is more quite & private then you would think it would be.
Been a guest of & on for the last 5 years."
"WE only stayed here 1 nite on our way south. But it was convenient, without being in the middle of so much traffic, so it was quiet. Your front desk staff were very helpful."
"Older hotel, the rooms have been remodeled comfy, clean and great AC...hallways smelled a little funky but the room didn't! Great place for a short stay"
"Our check-in was easy, the room clean, quiet, & comfortable. It was convenient with a restaurant nearby. We had two dogs and were relieved that it was not a problem. The breakfast had many options. "
"My husband, daughter and I were traveling back home and stayed one night because we know courtyard by Marriott from past trips. We are so happy we stayed at this hotel. My husband is disabled and they allowed us to check in early, we got a room on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. We will be staying here again for sure. We loved the gated garage as well. Parking $15 but worth it."
