We were first time visitors to Washington. Our initial accommodations mistakenly had us stay in Downtown Seattle. It was too crowded with no convenient places to park. Kent was a very warm welcome and the pace was much more what we needed!

There is a bus right outside the hotel that takes you to seatac from there you can take the rail to the city.

Kent has a lot of great areas and this area was middle of the road, but it felt ok gas station and a Starbucks across the street and this particular block or 2 has actually cleaned up over the years i've stayed here previously , I think it was good

Kent used to be safer, but with our current government that allow criminals to run free, Kent is not what it once was but still pretty safe as most of the other guests are very nice.
"The manager on duty was Ryan. He checked us in and was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to arrange the cancellation of one of the rooms we had reserved and the didn’t need due to a illness. The property itself was clean, safe and conveniently located near the highway. Food options were within a 15 minute drive. The pool was fun for the kids. "
"Good value for money especially with free Breakfast. But cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hallway and elevator had dirty floors as if something spilled on them and not mopped in a while. The room itself was spacious and had decent beds. Very close to highway and public transportation if you need. "
