The email communications from the staff were clear, so it wasn't too difficult. Walk up one flight with luggage (no elevator). Once checked in it seems you're pretty much on your own, but that was fine for us."

"Check in/out was confusing, not at the site but about 2 blocks away. Could tell some updates were done, beds were comfortable, air conditioner very noisy and psychotic, would run, stop, run for 10 seconds, stop, run for awhile, repeat pattern, but cooled, no light by the beds.
