"Historic property with modern conveniences. Jess was outstanding with the assistance we needed. The grounds are lovingly landscaped-from the folly to the 300 yr old Magnolia and the water feature. Lovely Persimmon groves in the area behind the house. Plenty of outdoor seating arrangements to enjoy the phenomenal Spring weather "

"Very nice family experience lots for the family to do while there. Wishing more hand sanitation stations were available, but other than that no issues with cleanliness. Nice buffet breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"This is the best hotel in Williamsburg. The service is top tier and the GM is incredible. He was always there asking if we needed anything. We even asked him if he live there because he was there all the time. The breakfast was wonderful and food service workers were efficient and nice. "

"We booked three rooms for only one night to break up our trip to the Outer Banks. I loved the size of the rooms and the fact that there were no carpets due to dust mite allergy. The breakfast had a great assortment of choices for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely stay there again."

Sleep Inn Historic

"I liked the fact that Golden Correl and other restaurants were close by. The internet service was horrible. I had to go home to pay bills. The rooms were cleaned and personnel were friendly! It was a very peaceful visit! I wish they didn’t serve sane breakfast of sausage everyday but was okay!"
Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg

"The place was really unexpected! I love that I booked this place to stay and I enjoyed my stay here. From the home feel to the balcony for dinner, I will be booking here again! It’s a little home away from home. "
"Completely renovated, so basicallly like a brand new hotel. Breakfast options were very basic like bagels, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. No meat or pancakes/waffles. They also had apples and oranges. The beds were average comfort for a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tony at the front desk was great."
"We had such a great stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the pool—it was perfect for kids and kept them entertained for hours. The whole property felt very family-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. From the welcoming staff to the kid-friendly amenities, everything was set up with families in mind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children!

"Rooms and common areas very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Balcony nice to have.
Cons: shower curtains to small for the showers and breakfast is not included. "
"Very quiet place, jacuzzi was a bonus for me, our kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful as we needed transportation after our car rental was cancelled unexpectedly. "
"The property was amazing from check in to departure. The food was great, wine tasting/tours were wonderful, and the staff was top notch.
Walking the property was both peaceful and relaxing.
This is a wonderful place to visit if you need a break from the hustle. "
"My husband and I stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was like a home away from home, since it had a kitchen, dining rm, living rm, bedroom, and a huge bathroom. We had a large balcony that was shaded and private. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool both days. Check in was easy and the staff was polite and helpful. Very Family friendly and a safe place to stay."
"This was an excellent location. The parking lot was large enough to accommodate all of the vehicles. The front desk receptionist was great- friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. We walked to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We felt safe walking back to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel."
Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites, an official Colonial Williamsburg Hotel

"The front desk staff are so helpful. They go into detail of the grounds and accessing Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are cleaned daily and continental breakfast daily for 3.5 hours. Highly recommended."
"2nd time staying here and our go to when visiting the williamsburg area. close to busch gardens. check in quick and painless and front desk staff very friendly. only negative is beds are on the firmer side but are not uncomfortable."
"They had a lot of different places to eat in there and the food was good like I could go out to get something if I wanted it was very convenient. I didn’t like the parking I feel as though I should not have to pay $40 to park on a parking lot That already belong to them."
