"Great cabin and enjoyed our stay only disappointment was the grill was gone and so was the firewood, both which we were reading would be available. We work on the road and was looking forward to grilling up a hot meal, we did use the kitchen instead so no big deal. We hope to use this cabin again in the future! "

"We came out for the eclipse and it was a nice quiet accommodation for us and our friends. The kids really enjoyed all the animals and sitting on the back porch. Lots of space. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again."

"The place was very roomy. There were only a few drawbacks. You have to pass through the room with the bunkbeds to get to the master and there were alot of bugs due to no screens and a hole in the kitchen floor. But we are used to farm homes so we were not as put off as others may be."

The view is stunning. I love that there are rocking chairs right outside our door and that we can enter from outside but that we also have access to the inside of the home. We had an issue with the air in our room and we called Leon and he immediately moved us to another room. This was the perfect anniversary...

While in Sugar Creek, we saw a production at the Ohio Star Theater. For dinner, we drove to the little village of Baltic, which has a great restaurant, The East Main Kitchen ( highly recommend) and a winery.

There is plenty of shopping in the areas surrounding Sugarcreek. Walnut Creek, Berlin and Charm, which are very close to Sugarcreek have lots to offer as well

A lot of the shopping and such is closed on Sunday. Keep that in mind when booking your time. We still enjoyed a calm quiet Sunday morning thought with a wonderful breakfast on site!

"This huge house was picture perfect, and the grounds were meticulous, with a breathtaking view of Amish farms in every direction. We were amazed that the check in was done completely by phone. We were given codes to enter the front door and to enter our room. There was no staff on hand, but available by phone if needed. The room was outstanding, with a terrific bathroom, jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower, super clean. Our room had a door into the modern, beautifully appointed and well stocked common areas, plus an exit door to the veranda (with white rocking chairs) and with easy access to the parking area for loading and unloading luggage.
This was far and away the nicest place we stayed in during our road trip. We can't say enough about our experience here with the house, the owners and the other guests, and hope to come back to the area sometime. "
