"Beautiful all around. The view of the St. Lawrence River from our balcony was lovely as we watched the boats. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff... friendly and helpful!"
"Had a wonderful 1 night stay. We stayed in the Lighthouse room, which was bright and cool. All rooms are on the second floor, so pack accordingly. The hallway, kitcgen and dining area upstairs are not airconditioned, but there was a breeze and fans. The view if the St Lawrence from there was so relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, but would recommend that they get better quality plastic ware. We would stay there again. We also did the sunset river cruise which was a very relaxing, affordable 2 hour boat ride (owned by the same people as the Inn). "
"I love that all rooms are on one level. I love the pool. There is a very nice diner right next door with indoor and outdoor seating. The folks that work there are all very nice and helpful. The coffee was delicious. It was very clean. I felt that the room was kind of small but it served the purpose. The cost was very reasonable. "
"The Hart Hotel was perfect for us. We wanted a relaxing stay while visiting the Thousand Islands for the first time. The proprietor, Jamie, gave us a few recommendations on places to go. Everything he pointed us to was exactly what we needed...and didn't even know it. His recommendations on dining, places to see, things to do and when to do them worked out perfectly. The rooms were quiet. The prepared breakfast was exquisite. The house and property were perfect for getting away from it all. Thanks Jamie. We'll see you again soon. We're sending parents your way too."
"This location was very clean and perfect for my husband's one night stay at last minute on his business trip. We booked and paid for the room on Expedia and since this app take awhile to notify the hotel my husband did have to pay again once he got there. But the owner then saw the mistake that my husband was double charged one by the Expedia app once it was finally update to their system but another by the hotel he immediately refunded my husband with no issues in less then a day. He apologized and also gave another call to make sure we received and to once again apologized. I have explain to the owner of the hotel it was my 3rd time dealing with Expedia issues contacting the hotel for payment that this was at no fault of him but appreciate how fast he fixed the issue after he figured it out. Will 100% book again when needing a last minute booking again."
"Second time staying over the past few years . The location is perfect , the attached restaurant is legendary with outstanding food.
Quaint rooms with clean and comfortable amenities. Love the friendly and accommodating staff , ice and water machine is the icing on the cake. Short walk into town for shopping and dining options. Golf and pickle ball across the street . Great value for all the extras. "
"Allen's Motel is older but extremely clean, comfortable and accommodating. Our late arrival was no problem since we called ahead. Beds and pillows really comfortable and staff very friendly. Central to many locations and more than worth the price. Will stay again!"
"Very convenient. Quick and easy check in and check out. We came during off season, would be a perfect place to stay for high season. Will come back and recommend to others. "
