"Hotell is a bit worn down and needs an update and refreshing.
Beds were comfortable.
Pool area was usable but not very inviting.
I believe the booking said breakfast included but there was a small muffin in a rapper. That was literally it! Shouldn't be allowed to sell accommodations with breakfast included and serv literally nothing."

"What a lovely hotel, the rooms were large and comfortable, the building is old and grand, just like the rest of the French Quarter! The pool is a great bonus! And the location is perfect."

"Always enjoy our stay here. Clean, comfortable, feels safe but yet in the heart of the French Quarter. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a true NOLA hotel and not a chain. Walking distance to so much and the staff are always so pleasant. "

"Our stay at the Inn on Ursuline was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and nice and cool when we got there. The only problem we had was that the bed was a little hard. I have fibromyalgia so it was a little uncomfortable. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect to walk to everything we wanted to see."

"I have always wanted to stay at this very charming place! It is very central to most everything in the French Quarter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here as well. I loved the cool story about how this hotel is haunted."

"All the staff was great and very helpful. Especially the concierge. She was great setting everything up for us. She was very patient explaining our options snd she knew the city and how the tours very well. The location is perfect. Corner of Bourbon and Canal. Transportation is right outside the door and the French Quarter is walkable from the hotel. "
"I had a decent stay for three days, even though my room lacked a microwave and refrigerator. I’ve learned the importance of checking what’s included in the room for future bookings. The staff was very accommodating, and I didn’t encounter any serious issues. There was a minor incident at check-in regarding a daily designation fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website during booking. Instead of disputing it, I handled it calmly and paid the fee. Moving forward, I will be more diligent in reading all the fine print."
