I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor."

And every employee I encountered was nice and polite. They were not afraid to greet you with a hello and asked if anything was need. I would defiantly stay again if in the area. The only critique I do have, is to run some descale solution through the coffee machines in the rooms. It just looks like there may be hard water in the area. "
