"Great service and friendly staff. Clean and centrally located. Really enjoyed it. Price went up after check in, even though I reserved through hotels.com. Will find out why. "
"My stay was pretty good. Room was small but clean. Downside was the view...looking into another building. Wish the food options in the hotel were better."
"From arrival to departure, the Valet, Porter, House Cleaning and Front Desk personnel were corteous, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean, and all amenities nice. "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. – Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"This is a jenn you don’t want to miss as a tourist in DC. Everything from amenities to cleanliness to service staff was absolutely amazing and accommodation. Thank you!! This is the only place I will stay in DC."
"This is a great hotel for the price. It is convenient to Union Station and the National Mall, so if you want to get to DC and be able to walk or use public transit, this is a great hotel for it.
The staff are excellent, the rooms are nice, and they have little niceties for you that are small but make a difference: bottled water, popsicles for kids, things like that.
The only drawback is there is very little dining for dinner close by, at least not if you do not like bars or pubs (e.g. if you are doing family travel). I ended up walking back to Union Station and getting food to go from the food court. But the Hotel can hardly help that. It is just DC in the evening. "
"Everything was excellent, as usual. I usually don't submit reviews. This is the first time I have completed a review of this property (Crowne Plaza Greenbelt). I mention this because two reviews were recently submitted using my name. Please disregard those reviews. Thank you. "
"The hotel is in a great location for site seeing. There were a number of food options - the food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The cafe shop did a great breakfast. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay here again "
InterContinental Washington D.C. - The Wharf by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, with many restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Hotel was very clean and well appointed. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Breakfast choices were superb and fantastic value. Loved everything about the hotel and would definitely stay again."
"Good hotel that is Very close to the Air and Space museum and National mall! Metro is about three or four blocks away but taxi’s are outside the hotel all hours of the day and are quite reasonable! There are not many restaurants in the area, however the wharf is amazing and a short taxi ride or long walk away with Tons of places to eat. I will say the Starbucks connected to the property is great and the McDonald’s that is half a block away is the cleanest and most efficient McDonald’s I’ve seen in years! We did not eat at the restaurant on the property but the bar is nice. It isn’t open til three or four in the afternoon and closes fairly early. There is also a convenience store diagonal across the street in the gallery building. The tourist sites are quite far apart and it was very hot when we were there so we used a lot of transportation but it is walkable if you choose to do that. "
