"Bedroom was great. There was no air conditioning in the living room area and 95° outside. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. I was double charged for the room. I have called 3 times so far and they keep saying I was not double charged and to wait 14 days for a refund (even though I wasn’t double charged). It has now been 14 days with no refund. "

"Food options on-site we're not that great. Internet access was available, but connection was slow and would occasionally drop. The beds we're sleep-able, but not what I would call comfortable. Stay away from the pool until some serious DEEP CLEANING is done. The hotel is under renovation, so this may help with some of the issues. However, I would suggest bringing your own towels and such, if you require more than one set...because that is all that you're going to get."
"I stayed here for one night. After having driven from Vermont almost 12 hours this was the perfect place to get some rest. The gentleman at the front desk very professional and had a great attitude. Breakfast was delicious and the lady was also very attentive. The room was immaculate. Clean, and the bed A+. Would definitely stay here again and i recommend it 100% you won't be disapointed!!!"
