Plenty of room for parking and large yard with nice shade and room to relax. The hostess Catherine was very pleasant and more than willing to share her knowledge of the area. The room was very roomy and comfortable with a great view. the common areas made it very contusive to mingle with the other guests and because there's only 7 rooms , it's just right. Incredible full breakfast prepared by the care taker. We sat on the back porch and watch deer run by on the grass, we even saw a hot air balloon float right by! "
