We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. "We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.

"Definitely include the breakfast if you're going to stay here. The pool is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Its also convenient to have a coffee shop in the hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants withing walking distance and the beach is also a 5 minute walk. "
