"Great location, right next to gondola and in downtown. Perfect for getting around town. Parking is an issue and we were in the gravel lot next door. Only negative was that there was no fridge in room. "

"This is a great place to stay to explore Ouray and tbd surrounding towns. The innkeepers are really welcoming and you can get things like towels, cups and any needs until around 930 pm in the lobby. They keep free coffee around most of the day. Breakfast is 730-930 am, very basic but fine just to get an easy morning start. Every room has a microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker. Loved the patio right on the river. It’s a 10-15 min walk into town, very pleasant along the river. Hot Springs are a 5 min walk. "

"Nice spot in the Rockies. Twin Peaks in Ouray is an older hotel that does things right. Check in is "automated" and after a long drive I did not expect that, once on the kiosk it was fine. The staff behind the counter could not have been nicer and helped as needed. The location is great, right at the entrance to Box Canyon, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hot springs area was also very well maintained and sitting in 104 degree water after a long day was very nice. They still have room service, the staff did a nice job with the room for our two night stay. Hotel has two sections, so the layout is not conventional, the parking it tight, especially with the number of large pickups or SUVs a place like this attrachs. We did eat at the attached resturant, the food was fine, the staff was very nice and provided great service. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet. "

"The Peaks is an absolutely gorgeous property. We were in for the bluegrass festival , so it was the perfect location for us. Sevice was top notch and we felt that it was affordably priced."
