"The place was beautiful and in a fantastic location! You can walk to a lot of the typical spots in town and also close to 2 different tube stations. Great staff, very attentive to your needs, very helpful with storing bags before and after your stay. Room was nice, bed was a little small but comfortable. The bar/restaurant area was also very nice, food was good and helpful staff."

"10th floor room we could see the London Eye, very comfortable and quiet. The only drawback was the step into the bath/shower which was very high and made getting in and out awkward"
