"Our overall stay was great. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was extremely kind, hospitable and took care of our every need in very fast manner.
The only complaint is that I think they may need more staff. The trash cans outside were all overloaded with trash. And there were many communal areas, like ice maker rooms where people had left bags of trash from their rooms.
If these could be picked up on a regular basis the motel would be outstanding. "
"I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff. Very attentive with the larger room upgrade. Parry the night reception check- in host responded well after my complaint. Kudos. Also, I must mention the breakfast staff attendant / chef was terrific and super pleasant. She was very attentive and friendly smile with a clean service area and a great selection. The only other area to be given a lower mark would be the jacuzzi jets needed to be improved. Clean, hot and bubbly but no nozzle force for the feets!l Great tub and pool though. Will be back through and I will next request room #109 away from the elevator. A little more improvement and perhaps more landscaping / trees would really make you stand out from everyone else! "The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time. The ladies continued to be kind even when other folks were escalating due to an Expedia booking error that wasn’t on the hotel. And let me tell you, some folks aren’t nice. These ladies stayed calm, had to be firm but never vented or said anything unprofessional. I was really impressed. It was a heatwave and folks were coming in already “hot.” They were giving everyone water and helping with bags. Again super impressed and it’s so walkable from the BART station. "
