"The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Positives: 24hr check in Location was safe and quite Decent aircon Negatives: -Out of 11 lights only 2 worked - balcony was full of cigarettes - bed was hard - house keeping came at 8am they would knock repeatedly (without stopping) to wake you up. So never got a good sleep as would have to wake up to tell them no. House keeping should be from 11am onwards - didn’t have a don’t not disturb signs - hotel stunk of cigarettes - Ants were everywhere -They provided free water and chargable water. On check out they tried to make us pay for the chargable water even though we didn’t consume any - only set out key card for one day so we were locked out when we came back -The house keeping towels etc were left on a chair in the corridor (not hygienic) - The walls were dirty -Water coming out of the shower sprayed out the top so water would go everywhere Overall the hotel is in bad condition, very run down and the service is bad "
