Such a beautiful place! Great weather, museums, food, drinks, & street art everywhere. Everyone is SO FRIENDLY! As a visibly queer & trans solo traveler I wasn't sure how I'd feel, but I felt very safe and welcome everywhere I went. Will come back!

Excellent
A city that shouldn't be overlooked. Interesting history, even though tourism has taken over the old city so it's not really a viable place to live. The Puerto Ricans are very gracious and friendly despite such a strange relationship with USA

Definitely going back, & staying longer than 5 days. Most things you need are within walking distance and there is a lot of entertainment nearby. La Placita de Santurce is worth the trip itself. Open market, bars, and restaurants with live music.

Beautiful Old Town is lousy with cruise ship tourists, but you can get away from the crowds and the kitschy shops to the quieter streets. Anywhere you go, though, is fun and festive. The people of Puerto Rico are incredibly friendly and kind.

Old San Juan is lovely. The forts are well worth a visit alone before adding all the other things one can do on excursions to the rainfirest, bio bay, Bacardi and more. Do a walking tour. Lots of history and beautiful views.

Old San Juan is a wonderful historic place to explore. And the rain forest El Yunque is fabulous. Just be aware that parts of the city surrounding the beauty is very run down. Just to be prepared and not surprised.

We arrived on New Years Day and the city was still decorated for Christmas. There was a city festival in progress for the Governor's inauguration and congress/senate swearing in so the city was particularly lively.
"The property was in a convenient location however it is not disclosed that there are many homeless people in the area. The room was pretty decent but the bedding was very dirty upon check in and after reviewing under the comforter the sheets were also dirty and stained. "
"I really enjoyed my experience, we have problems with the AC the second night and they change our room immediately, the hotel was clean, you can find to many options around to dinner and I feel safe, the only think idk how the restaurant works with the 25 credit per night, I went to eat breakfast
2 avocado toast $14 each avocado was ( really brown)
2 coffees
I think where $6 each I paid with the credit and I have to pay from my pocket 30 dollars!
Other than that i love the hotel "
"Loved the view, the rooms, the lobby, the pool n jacuzzi area, and the extra patio lounge area. It was such a vibe. And also was able to get into the other hotel pool area for free and use their water slide which was so fun. If you want to be in walking distance to night life its not the most ideal , like a 15-20min walk...unless you do uber. But other than that i enjoyed being there. "
"It was lovely! Lots to enjoy around town. A little bit run down because of the lack of infrastructure investment but I blame that on the government corruption. The hotel was very comfortable and very spacious! Close to everything!"
"We chose this hotel because it was adult only and the infinity pool is so great and a plus as it stays open until midnight. The staff are all amazing super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend this if you’ve got a couple of days to stay in Condado. "
"The staff is fantastic! The room was small, but we didn’t mind because the proximity to the beach made up for it. Thank you to everyone that made our stay wonderful :) "

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was amazing, spacious and very comfortable. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch!! "
"Everything was good people were kind and helpful and Vivianna she was very nice and made sure tne room was clean and anything my family and I needed she was always there "
"This hotel was amazing, the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of different options, the pool was well maintained and the rooms were kept very clean "
