"Hotel was in nice condition for its age. The real upside was each member of the staff I met was truly great. Welcoming, polite, personable….just fun to interact with.
Breakfast was good and the guy that ran it was delightful in addition to pointing out to me that my wallet and cash had fallen out of my pocket….honesty and helpfulness at its best."

"Beautiful location on Lake Buchanan. We saw spectacular sunsets from our room, which had a back door to enjoy the lakefront. The room was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchenette - sink, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee pod machine, stovetop burners, and even a cute s’more kit in the fridge to use with the patio grill. The property had a lovely covered dock with porch swings to enjoy the lake and a covered picnic table area, as well as a swimming dock and boat loading area. We were sad to leave. "
