"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.
The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "Pros: the price is quite good, the area is pretty convenient, and the staff is very friendly. Also, I really liked the onsen.
Cons: I wanted to change my dates because a Typhoon was coming the same dates of my traveling and they refused, so I would not recommend this place for this reason. Also the onsen floor was very dirty which is a shame as the onsen itself is pretty nice and looks like recently renewed.
Also the staff did not speak english at all, but we communicated with an app, which it worked and I got my check in fast, but if you want to have a conversation I dont think is possible but they would really try to understand and help.
