"The Ritz is beautiful! The beach is 10 out of 10! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. We also enjoyed the Spa and were happy with the services. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire ground and immaculately kept and beautiful! The rooms are so spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Every restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a dream! Service on the beach, at the pool, the spa, everywhere is just top notch. You felt like this was your second home. The staff recognizes you after a day or so and treat you like they’re your friends. We will absolutely be back!! "
"This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend"
